National Medical Coding, Inc. (NMC) has a new working relationship with BCC Financial Management Services Inc.
The original Coding and Staffing Company was founded in 1990, to assist hospitals with the substantial “bill hold” found in most Medical Records Departments. The primary focus was to establish a physical presence in hospital facilities on weekends and evenings to code back-logged medical records as seamlessly as possible without disturbing their current everyday operations. Simply stated, the mission was strictly a support position for the facility’s Information Technology staff and their effort to catch up on their enormous backlog, without making the staff feel uncomfortable with our presence, in their operations.
Over the past twenty years, we have continued to offer our services in the healthcare industry in areas other than Medical Record Coding. We expanded our specialties to specifically include support in the field of Patient Access and Patient Account. Furthermore, we also provide interim management in the entire revenue cycle segment to include, but not limited to onsite billing, collection support and temporary staffing.
